In the darkness of the New Moon, we gather for tea as our ancestors once did. We are held beneath the dark sky with only the light of the stars guiding our way. This ceremony allows you to explore the magic of connecting deeply with Lady Luna, Grandmother Moon in her dark phase. There is magic in the darkness. Seeds grow from the dark soil of the earth. New life grows in the darkness of the womb. Intentions take form when we speak them into existence in sacred circles.

Join us in ceremony for the Libra New Moon, Saturday October 10th, 10:30am - 12:30pm as we attune to our senses and deepen our connection with Mother Earth. We'll make space for balance, unity, and wholeness through the sacred practice of Tea Ceremony. This Venus Retrograde invites us to slow down and reflect on our relationships, values, desires, and the ways we give and receive love. This New Moon in Libra offers a sacred space to pause, reflect and reconnect with Our Lady Venus and our own hearts truest desires. 

Tea is an ancient and sacred medicine, often considered the first medicine. This way of ceremonially drinking tea is connected to the Taiwanese tradition. Tea becomes our medicine, teacher, and guiding light in the dark. The tea served comes from old-growth tea forests, meaning the trees have grown on the land for centuries and generations of family farmers tend to these trees. The tea carries sacred wisdom, memory, and medicine that is waiting to be shared with you. With each sip, we soften into our hearts and listen deeply to our truest desires. During this ceremony, you’re invited to slow down, soften into the stillness, and listen deeply to what is stirring within your heart. With each bowl of tea, we create space for your truest desires and intentions to reveal themselves, allowing what is ready to emerge to be witnessed, nurtured, and carried forward. 

This is a Women’s Only Event and space will be limited to 10.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We will begin by arriving together in the sacred womb of this dark Moon.

During our two hours together, we will:

• Enter into a reverent, silent Tea and meditation ceremony, allowing the medicine of the tea to guide us inward

• Work with breath, reflection, and journaling to quiet the mind and listen more deeply to the wisdom of the heart

• Explore the themes of this Venus Retrograde: our relationships, values, desires, boundaries, and the ways we give and receive love

• Reflect on what is ready to be released, renewed, or seen from a new perspective

• Honor Our Lady Venus, Libra, the Divine Feminine, and the Divine Masculine

• Create space to reconnect with our heart’s truest desires and the intentions waiting to be planted within us

• Gather in an intimate circle with space to listen, reflect, witness, and share

No previous experience with Tea Ceremony, meditation or women’s circles is needed. You are welcome to come alone and participate at the pace that feels comfortable for you.

Please bring your journal to write down any wisdom the Tea offers you during your time here. We invite you to arrive by 10:15am so you have time to settle in, arrive fully, and prepare yourself for the ceremony before we begin at 10:30am.
